Refresh Analytics
Your analytics data in Veri is a snapshot of your channel’s performance. To get the latest numbers, you can manually refresh your data at any time.
Why Refresh?
Veri pulls data from YouTube and TikTok APIs, but it doesn’t update every second. If you want to see your most recent views, subscriber count, or revenue numbers, refreshing ensures you’re looking at the freshest data available.
How to Refresh
- Open Growth Hub (your analytics dashboard).
- Look for the refresh button (a spinning arrow icon) in the Growth Hub header.
- Click it.
Veri will fetch the latest data from YouTube and/or TikTok. The icon will spin while the refresh is in progress.
What Happens During a Refresh
When you click refresh, Veri sends a request to YouTube (and TikTok if connected) to pull the latest data. This includes:
- Updated view counts, subscriber numbers, and revenue
- New video stats
- Fresh audience demographics
- Recent engagement data
The refresh covers all time windows (28 days, 90 days, and Lifetime) so everything stays in sync.
If you have multiple YouTube channels connected, the refresh targets the channel you’re currently viewing in Growth Hub.
Automatic Refresh
Growth Hub also runs a refresh automatically when you first open it each session. So if you’re just checking in, your data is likely already up to date.
The automatic refresh only happens once per session. If you stay on the page for a while and want updated numbers, use the manual refresh button.
How Long Does It Take?
A refresh typically completes in a few seconds. For channels with a lot of data, it may take a bit longer. The refresh icon will stop spinning once the update is complete, and your dashboard will show the new numbers.
