What does Veri collect from my connected accounts?

Your profile, your posts and videos with their metrics, your audience data, and the comments on your content, depending on the platform. The Privacy Policy lists each one.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Privacy, type DELETE and confirm. Your account locks right away and we email you when deletion is complete.

How do I delete my Instagram data?

Remove Veri in Instagram's Apps and websites settings, delete your Veri account, or email privacy@joinveri.co.

How do I remove Veri's access to YouTube or TikTok?

Use your Google account permissions page or TikTok's third-party access settings, or email privacy@joinveri.co.

Privacy Policy

Q: Does Veri train AI models on my platform data?

No. We don't use data we receive through the YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or X APIs to train AI models. Your personal model is opt-in and learns from the choices you make in Veri.

Veri is made by New Game Plus Interactive Media, Inc. ("Veri," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Veri, how we use it, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email privacy@joinveri.co.

What we collect

Your account. Your email address, username, password (stored as a hash) or Google sign-in, profile details you choose to add, and your settings.

Accounts you connect. When you connect an account, you sign in with that platform and choose to give Veri access. What we receive depends on the platform:

YouTube. Your channel details; your videos, their captions and the comments on them; and your YouTube Analytics, including views, watch time, audience demographics, traffic sources and revenue metrics. Veri requests youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly, yt-analytics-monetary.readonly, userinfo.profile and userinfo.email.
TikTok. Your profile and account statistics, your public videos and their metrics, and the comments on your videos. Veri requests user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats and video.list.
Instagram (professional accounts). Your profile, your posts and their details, post and account insights, audience demographics, and the comments on your posts. Veri requests instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_insights and instagram_business_manage_comments.
X. Your profile, your posts and their metrics, posts you've liked, and public posts that mention you. Veri requests tweet.read, users.read, like.read and offline.access.
Notion and Google Drive. Only the pages and files you choose to share with Veri. We read them when you ask Veri to use them.

Your content. To give you transcripts, summaries and agents that understand your work, Veri processes the content you publish on the accounts you connect, including its captions, its audio and visual content, and the comments on it.

What you do in Veri. Your messages to Veri Chat, files you upload, the work you save (like titles, scripts and thumbnails), and the choices you make, such as approving, editing or ranking ideas.

How you use Veri. Pages you visit, features you use, device and browser details, and error reports. These are linked to your account.

How we use it

To run Veri for you: Veri Chat and your agents, Growth Hub, Library, Flows and Your Model.
To create transcripts, summaries and search across your content.
To show how your content is performing and who your audience is.
To take actions you ask for, like replying to or hiding an Instagram comment, posting on X, or saving to Notion or Google Drive. Veri does these only after you confirm them.
To keep Veri secure, fix problems and make the product better.
To send service emails, like password resets and account notices, and the notifications you've turned on.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use data from your connected accounts for advertising.

AI and your personal model

Veri uses AI models to answer your questions, write drafts and analyze your content. The companies that provide those models process data only to return results to Veri.

We do not use data we receive through the YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or X APIs to train AI models.

Your personal model is opt-in. When you turn it on, Veri learns from the choices you make inside Veri (the hooks, titles, thumbnails and ideas you approve, reject, edit and rank) and from content you own and allow us to use under our Terms of Service. You can turn it off anytime in Settings.

Who helps us run Veri

We work with service providers for cloud hosting and databases, file storage, AI models, transcription, search and indexing, research, product analytics, error monitoring, and email delivery. They handle data on our behalf under agreements that limit its use to providing their service to us. Some keep limited records, such as logs, for their own retention periods, which can briefly outlast your Veri account.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the safety and rights of people or of Veri, or if Veri is part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

How long we keep data

We keep your account, your connected-account data and your saved work while your account is active, or until you delete them. Veri Chat conversations stay until you delete them or your account. Some operational records expire on their own sooner. We keep a small number of records longer when the law requires it or to keep Veri secure, such as records of deletion requests and consent choices.

Your choices

Disconnect an account. Disconnecting an account in Settings stops Veri from syncing new data from it. To delete the data Veri imported from a platform, use Revoke & Reset for YouTube in your dashboard, delete your Veri account, or email privacy@joinveri.co and we'll delete it.

You can also remove Veri's access from each platform directly:

X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps

Delete your Instagram data

You can ask us to delete the data Veri holds from your Instagram account in any of these ways:

Remove Veri from your Instagram account (Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites). Instagram sends us a deletion request, and Veri deletes the Instagram data it holds for that account, including your connection, your posts and their insights, comments, transcripts and the analysis made from them.
Delete your Veri account from Settings → Privacy.
Email privacy@joinveri.co from the email address on your Veri account.

When a request comes from Instagram, we give you a confirmation code you can use to ask us about it. To protect against repeated or forged requests, we keep a one-way fingerprint of each request, with no account information in it, for 24 hours.

Delete your Veri account. Go to Settings → Privacy, type DELETE and confirm with your password or Google sign-in. Your account locks right away and you're signed out everywhere. Deletion starts immediately, we check again the next day to make sure nothing was missed, and we email you when it's done.

Download your data. From Settings → Privacy you can download your Veri Chat conversations, your saved work and how you've organized your content. The download is available for a limited time after you request it.

See or correct your data. Email privacy@joinveri.co to ask what we hold about you or to correct it.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your settings, understand how people use Veri, and find and fix errors. Our product analytics and error monitoring are linked to your account.

Security

We encrypt data in transit, encrypt the sign-in tokens for your connected accounts, and limit access to the people who need it to run Veri. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Google, YouTube, TikTok and Meta

Veri's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we use YouTube data only to provide and improve the features you use in Veri; we don't transfer it except to provide those features, to comply with the law, or with your consent; we don't use it for advertising; people don't read it unless you agree, it's needed for security or the law, or it's aggregated for internal operations; and we don't use it to train AI models.

By connecting YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy describes how Google handles your data. You can revoke Veri's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

TikTok's Terms of Service apply to your TikTok account. Veri's use of Instagram data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Children

Veri isn't for children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we'll delete it.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll let you know by email or in Veri before it takes effect.
