When you connect your YouTube account via OAuth, Veri collects channel info (name, subscriber count, total views), performance analytics (views, watch time, engagement metrics), audience demographics, traffic sources, per-video metrics, and revenue/monetization data. All access is read-only and you can revoke it at any time.

Does Veri sell my personal data?

No. Veri does not sell your personal information. Creator metrics are only shared with brand partners when you explicitly apply to their campaigns.

How do I delete my Veri account and data?

You can delete your account through your account settings. All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. For immediate deletion, email privacy@ngplus.me.

How can I revoke Veri's access to my YouTube or TikTok account?

For YouTube: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions or use Revoke & Reset in your Veri dashboard. For TikTok: go to TikTok Settings and privacy → Security → Manage third-party access, or disconnect from your Veri dashboard under Settings → Connected Accounts.

How long does Veri retain my analytics data?

YouTube analytics are retained for 24 months or until you disconnect your account. TikTok analytics are retained for 24 months or until you revoke authorization. All data is deleted within 30 days when you close your account.

Is my YouTube revenue data ever shared with brands?

No. Revenue and monetization data is only visible in your private Growth Hub dashboard. It is never shared with brands unless you explicitly choose to disclose it in a campaign application.

Social Media Data

Usage Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics (page views, feature usage, anonymized event tracking), Google Tag Manager for marketing attribution, and Sentry for error monitoring and performance. All analytics data is anonymized and does not include your social media content or credentials. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Communication Data

Messages you send through Veri Chat and support communications are stored to provide personalized assistance and support.

When you connect your TikTok account via OAuth, we request access to the following data:

Account Statistics: Follower count, following count, total likes count, and total video count
Video Data: List of your public videos, titles, descriptions, hashtags, cover images, and video IDs
Engagement Metrics: Per-video views, likes, comments, shares, and engagement rates
Content Performance: Video performance trends, growth metrics, and audience engagement patterns
