The rules and guidelines for using the Veri platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Veri ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including creators, brands, and visitors. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Platform Description

Veri is a creator monetization platform that provides:

  • Creator profile and analytics dashboard
  • AI-powered content optimization and insights
  • Brand partnership opportunities and campaign management
  • Analytics and performance tracking tools
  • Community leaderboards and competitive features
  • Social media integration and cross-platform analytics

User Accounts and Registration

Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Veri
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person; no shared or duplicate accounts

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

Content and Conduct Guidelines

Acceptable Use

  • Create authentic, original content
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Engage in honest brand partnerships
  • Provide accurate information about your audience and metrics
  • Follow platform community guidelines and social media platform terms

Prohibited Activities

  • Artificially inflating metrics, followers, or engagement
  • Misrepresenting your identity, audience, or performance
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
  • Spam, malware, or malicious activities
  • Attempting to manipulate platform analytics or algorithms
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Platform Features

Analytics & Insights

We provide dashboards and growth insights powered by data from your connected social accounts. Metrics include performance trends, audience breakdowns, and revenue analytics sourced from authorized APIs like YouTube.

AI Services

Our AI chat assistant and optimization agents are improving continuously. Recommendations are suggestions and should be combined with your professional judgment.

Brand Partnerships

Veri facilitates connections between creators and brands but is not party to individual partnership agreements. All contracts, payments, and deliverables are negotiated directly between the creator and the brand.

Privacy and Data Usage

Your privacy is important to us. By using Veri, you consent to:

  • Collection and analysis of your social media performance data
  • Use of your data to power analytics dashboards and Growth Hub insights
  • Sharing of relevant creator metrics with potential brand partners
  • Storage of your communications with our AI systems for improvement

YouTube API Services

By connecting your YouTube account to Veri, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • Our use of your data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
  • Veri requests the following OAuth scopes only to provide Growth Hub analytics:
    • youtube.readonly — Access channel metadata
    • yt-analytics.readonly — View non-monetary analytics
    • yt-analytics-monetary.readonly — View monetization metrics
    • userinfo.profile & userinfo.email — Confirm account identity
  • You may revoke access anytime through your settings or Google Account permissions.

Data Deletion

Disconnecting or using Revoke & Reset deletes stored OAuth tokens and removes YouTube analytics imported through Google APIs. You can request complete deletion of all associated data at privacy@ngplus.me.

TikTok API Services

By connecting your TikTok account to Veri, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are bound by the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines.
  • Our use of your TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok Data Sharing Agreement.
  • Veri requests the following OAuth scopes to provide Growth Hub analytics and insights:
    • user.info.basic — Read basic profile information
    • user.info.profile — Read additional profile details
    • user.info.stats — View account statistics
    • video.list — Access your public videos
  • Token Lifecycle: TikTok access tokens expire after 24 hours and are automatically refreshed while your account remains connected. Tokens are stored encrypted and deleted immediately when you disconnect your account.
  • You may revoke access at any time through:
    • Your Veri dashboard (Settings → Connected Accounts)
    • TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Manage third-party access)
    • Email request to privacy@ngplus.me

Data Deletion

Disconnecting your TikTok account or using Revoke & Reset deletes stored OAuth tokens and removes TikTok analytics. You can request complete deletion at privacy@ngplus.me. All TikTok data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

Platform Disclaimer

TikTok is a third-party platform independent of Veri. We are not responsible for TikTok API changes, platform downtime, account suspensions, or algorithm changes. TikTok data in your dashboard depends on TikTok's API availability and may be delayed during maintenance.

Payment and Subscription Terms

Platform Fees

Veri may charge fees for premium features, advanced analytics, or enhanced brand partnership access. All fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Brand Partnership Payments

Payments for brand collaborations are handled directly between creators and brands. Veri does not process or guarantee payments for partnership work.

Refund Policy

Platform subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for technical issues or billing errors on a case-by-case basis.

Account Termination

Voluntary Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes.

Involuntary Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose risks to our platform or users.

Limitation of Liability

Veri is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Accuracy of analytics dashboards, insights, or scoring outputs
  • Outcomes of brand partnership negotiations
  • Technical issues or platform downtime
  • AI recommendation accuracy or results
  • Third-party integrations or social media platform changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Game Plus Interactive Media, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Direct negotiation between parties
  2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
  3. Binding arbitration facilitated within the State of Delaware

Does Veri take a cut of brand partnership payments?

No. Payments for brand collaborations are handled directly between creators and brands. Veri facilitates the connection but does not process or guarantee payments.

Can I have multiple Veri accounts?

No. Each person may have only one Veri account. Shared or duplicate accounts are not permitted.

What happens if I violate the Terms of Service?

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account. We may suspend accounts that engage in prohibited activities such as artificially inflating metrics, misrepresenting your identity, or engaging in harassment.

How are disputes resolved?

Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. We first attempt direct negotiation, then mediation, and finally binding arbitration within Delaware if needed.
