Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and New Game Plus Interactive Media, Inc. ("Veri," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Veri, you agree to them. If you use Veri for a business or organization, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.
What Veri is
Veri connects to your creator accounts and gives you AI agents that help you plan, make and understand your content, including Veri Chat and its specialists, Growth Hub, Library, Flows and Your Model. Features change over time.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Veri. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and use one account per person. You're responsible for what happens on your account; tell us right away at support@joinveri.co if you think someone else has accessed it.
Your content
"Your Content" means the content you publish on the accounts you connect, including its audio, video, images and captions, and anything you upload or create in Veri.
You own Your Content. You give Veri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transcribe, analyze, adapt and create derived material from Your Content, including its audio and video, so we can provide Veri to you and build and improve your personal model. This license lasts while you use Veri and ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
You confirm you have the rights to Your Content and to the accounts you connect, and that our use of it under these Terms won't violate anyone's rights.
Connected accounts and actions
When you connect an account, you authorize Veri to access it through the platform's sign-in and to retrieve the data described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Veri posts, replies, hides comments or writes to your connected accounts and tools only when you ask and confirm.
AI features
Veri's agents generate suggestions, drafts, analysis and images. They can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything before you rely on it or publish it. You're responsible for what you publish. As between you and Veri, you own the outputs you create with Veri, to the extent the law allows, and other people may receive similar outputs.
Acceptable use
Don't use Veri to:
- inflate metrics, followers or engagement artificially;
- misrepresent your identity, audience or performance;
- harass people or post hateful or discriminatory content;
- send spam or spread malware;
- access accounts or data you aren't authorized to use;
- copy, scrape or reverse engineer Veri; or
- break the law or the terms of the platforms you connect.
Platform terms
When you connect a platform, its terms also apply to you: the YouTube Terms of Service (and the Google Privacy Policy), the TikTok Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the X Terms of Service. Veri isn't affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms, and changes they make can affect what Veri can do.
Fees
Some features may require payment. We'll show you the price and terms before you're charged. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide to make an exception, for example for a billing error.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy; our Privacy Policy explains what happens next. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create risk for other people or for Veri, or if we have to for legal reasons.
Disclaimers and liability
Veri is provided "as is." We don't promise that analytics, AI outputs or recommendations will be accurate or produce any particular result, or that Veri will be uninterrupted. We're not responsible for changes, outages or account actions on the platforms you connect. To the maximum extent the law allows, New Game Plus Interactive Media, Inc. isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Veri.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If a dispute comes up, we'll first try to resolve it directly, then through mediation with a mediator we both agree on, and then by binding arbitration in the State of Delaware.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll tell you about material changes by email or in Veri at least 30 days before they take effect.
