Yes, you can use Veri without training any model on your content. Your personal model is off unless you turn it on, and your agents, memory and saved preferences all work with it off.
What happens to your content by default?
- Veri never trains a shared model on your content, so your work doesn’t improve a model for anyone else.
- Data Veri receives through the YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X APIs is never used to train AI models.
- The language models that write drafts and answer questions in Veri run through their providers’ business APIs, which don’t use that data to train their models.
- Your agents start from your own connected content, the preferences you save and the corrections you make.
How is this different from a general AI assistant?
A general AI assistant runs on one model trained for everyone. On some consumer plans, your conversations can also help train that model unless you turn the setting off. OpenAI, for example, says it may use content from ChatGPT Free, Plus and Pro to train its models unless you turn off Improve the model for everyone in Data controls.
Veri gives you a team of agents for ideas, scripts, titles, thumbnails and clips, built from our team’s more than a decade of working with creators. They start from your own content and the choices you save, and nothing posts to your accounts unless you ask and confirm. You make the final call on every draft.
What is the personal model?
A personal model is trained only for your account. It learns from the choices you make in Veri, such as the ideas and drafts you approve, edit and rank, and from content you own and choose to use with it. You own your personal model, it is used only for you, and Veri never sells or shares it.

- Training is by request. Turn on Build my personal model in Your Model. Requests currently join a waitlist.
- You can turn it off anytime in Your Model, and your agents and preferences keep working the same. To ask for your personal model to be deleted, email privacy@joinveri.co.
Can I start now and train later?
Yes. The preferences you save, the corrections you make and the versions you choose for scripts, titles, thumbnails and clips stay in your account whether training is on or off. If you join the personal model program later, they are what your model can start from.
